Rules for Black Bart Shootout
Played with two shooters and a spotter.
Both shooters stand side by side with the same number of rounds in the
firearm.
A third person does a countdown and then both shooters begin firing
until thy have exhausted the full number of rounds.
First to finish receives a 100 point bonus. Spotter has final say on who
finished first.
Both shooters count up the # of hits on Black Bart and tally the final
score.
Hits are based on the area of the body the hole is in.
Holes on the edge of an area count for the higher score.
Body areas are divided into 7 Sections by dotted lines and the center
circles.
Black Bart’s 7 Hits:
Center circle scores 50 points
Outside circle scores 40 points
Head (hat included) 40 points
Shooting arm 20 points
Body shot (Outside the circles) 10 points
Legs or non-shooting arm 5 points
No score for off Black Bart’s person.
You not trying to make him dance you know.

Rules for Colt 1886
Shot like a standard ring target.
Scoring from inside to outside ring:
Silver Dollar 100 points
Gold Quarter 25 points
Silver Dime 10 points
Nickel Nickel 5 points
Copper Penny 1 point
As a two person game one may think to bring the change jar and the one
with the higher score has to give the other the difference in coins. But
then I’m not advocating gambling. |
